Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) is an all-in-one marketing platform that helps you manage email, SMS, and customer communication. Integrating Brevo with Gutena Forms automatically syncs your form submissions with your Brevo contact lists, helping you capture and manage leads efficiently.

This guide will walk you through connecting your Brevo account to Gutena Forms.

Brevo is a Pro feature of the Gutena Forms plugin. You need the Gutena Forms Pro plugin to use this integration.

1. Enable Brevo Integration

The Brevo integration can be set up in two ways: directly within your form or via Global Settings.

Method 1: Configure Directly Within Your Form

  1. From your WordPress dashboard, go to Gutena Forms → Forms and open the form where you want to enable Brevo.
  2. In the block editor, click on the main Form block to open the settings panel in the right sidebar.
  3. Scroll down to the Integrations tab and toggle on the Brevo integration.

Note: If Brevo is already configured via Global Settings, those values will be pre-filled. Changes made here will apply only to this form.

Method 2: Configure via Global Settings

  1. From your WordPress dashboard, navigate to Gutena Forms → Settings → Integrations.
  2. Toggle on the Brevo Integration.
  3. Click the settings icon and enter your Brevo API Key.
  4. Click Save Settings to complete the setup.

Note: If this is your first setup, these settings will apply to all forms by default.

2. Get the Brevo API Key & List ID

To learn how to get the Brevo API Key fromBrevo/Sendinblue, follow the steps with screenshots below 

1. First, log in to your Sendinblue Account, open the Profile from the top-left corner, and click SMTP & API.

2. Now, go to the API Keys tab and click the Generate a new API key button.

3. Enter a Name for your API key, then click the Generate button.

4. Finally, your Sendinblue API key is generated. Copy it by clicking the Copy button

5. To find your List ID, navigate to the CRM tab in the left sidebar and go to Contacts → Lists. Select an existing list or click Create a List to create a new one.

6. Enter a name for your list, select the folder where your contacts will be added, and click Create List to save.

7. Your list has been created successfully. Copy the List ID as you will need it to complete the Brevo integration in your form.

Integrate Brevo with Gutena Forms

Now that you have your API Key & List ID, return to your form or global settings.

Paste the Brevo API Key into the integration field and click Save. Once connected, you can enable Brevo for your forms and start syncing submissions.

Field Mapping

Once the integration is saved, you can map your form fields. In the Notification section, match your form fields to the following Brevo contact fields:

  • Email Address: Map this to your form’s Email field.
  • First Name: Map to your form’s First Name field.
  • Last Name: Map to your form’s Last Name field.

Here, you can preview the Brevo contacts added from form submissions during the integration setup.

The Entries section of this form displays all submissions received so far.

Users who submit this form in Gutena Forms are automatically added as contacts in your selected Brevo list.

That’s it! You have successfully integrated Brevo with Gutena Forms, and your subscribers will now be automatically added to your Brevo contact list on every form submission.
