Update #1: Redesigned Forms Tab for Better Visibility

Your old Forms list showed only the title and date. You had no idea how many entries each form received. You couldn’t see the author or status without clicking through.

We expanded the table to show what actually matters.

Now you see:

• Form Title
• Entry Count (instant visibility into performance)
• Author (perfect for multi-user sites)
• Date & Time
• Status (published, draft, or trash)
• Action Icons (edit, view, or delete in one click)

We also reorganized the filter bar for logical workflow:

• Left side: Bulk Actions with Apply button
• Right side: Date range picker, Search field, and Reset button

Pagination keeps everything fast even when you manage hundreds of forms.

Update #2: Entries Tab Now Gives You Full Control

Previously, the Entries tab showed summary stats only. You saw “All Time” and “Last 7 Days” counts but no actual entry details. Finding specific submissions meant endless scrolling or external searches.

Now, we built a complete entry management system so you can see every entry.

The new table displays:

• Entry ID
• Form Name
• First Value (quick identification)
• Status
• Date & Time
• Action Icons

Filter Like a Pro

We added powerful filtering options:

• All Forms dropdown – Isolate submissions from one form
• All Tags – Filter by tags (Pro feature)
• All Status – Show only unread, hot, or closed entries (Pro feature)
• Custom Date Range – Pick any start and end date
• Search – Find entries by keyword
• Reset – Clear all filters instantly

Bulk Actions let you update multiple entries at once. No more repetitive clicking.

Update #3: Cleaner and Scalable Settings Experience

Horizontal tabs worked for three options but would break as we added features as sub-tabs. Also, the status list used heavy colored backgrounds that distracted from the content.

That’s why we redesigned the Settings Tab to make navigation clearer and more scalable.

We introduced a vertical sidebar navigation system.

The new sidebar includes:

• General Settings (collapsible section)
  • Manage Status
  • Manage Tags
  • User Access
  • Weekly Summary

This structure grows with the plugin. We can add more options without crowding the interface.

Refined Status Management

We kept the color coding but reduced visual noise:

• Colored dots and borders replace full background colors
• Clear “Add Status” button with plus icon
• Consistent trash icons for deletion

The interface breathes now. White space guides your eye to what matters.
